Henks BBQ in Amarillo. The downside to this trip is I've been waiting for a load for 6 days. The upside, I discovered ths BBQ place. Between The Big Texan and this place I might get a tad bit chubby if I lived here. I believe this was the best BBQ place so far. Really good fall off the bone ribs with spicy seasoning and homemade sauce. Really friendly workers here too.
