Sitting here in Laredo Texas, waiting for a run, No pictures so far this time but last week Kathy went with me on a run to Virginia Beach , Virginia. Here's a couple though this is the bridge that crosses the Chesapeake bay on the Atlantic Ocean going into Virginia Beach.
