This house should be saved from the wrecking ball. It is in Alabama, either Dadeville or Alexander City. I was looking for a post office to mail in my paperwork and it caught my eye. I'd bet it was a really nice home at one time.

I think this would be a good second home for you and Kathy to buy. It just needs a little TLC...and a ton of $$$.
I thought of you and Del and the great job that you did on your home. This one need lots of work as well. There are gaping holes in the roof.
