Let me start by saying ,that the fact that I'm home is not why I'm sad. I went to Charleston, South Carolina. Then I picked up a load in Charlotte, North Carolina going to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. That's where I ran out of luck and freight. I deadheaded home from Lancaster Saturday night. I did a local run today from Detroit to Toledo, Ohio and back home. The thing that made me sad was the big story on the radio today and the sights I saw in the next few pictures.Monday, June 30, 2008
Home and Sad

My condolences to you Doug. I'm sure Kathy is sad too, since she's a big fan. I'm sad for you too Kathy. I remember my friend Cindy had the same reaction when they tore down some shopping building in Detroit. I think it was Hudsons. She was raised in Detroit and a big Tiger fan and is probably crying about the stadium now too. I should call and console her too.
By the way, I love the truck driving music you added! The weird thing is, I know most of the words to the songs! Yes, I'm old and my parents used to listen to country music like yours did. You guys take care.
Oh! Now I'm listening to Roger Miller. I loved him! Thanks for the memories. Micky
